I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.
