While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs. It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly. My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method. Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive....

My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the Order The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other Brush. Can you please change your browser content to stop people Purchasing one of the product and thus save duplicate p&p. Thank you. ...
