MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Good service and prices. Ordered heated mirrors and a shower screen. Delivery slightly delayed, initially notified of this. Then had to email to find out if order had arrived at depot. It had, but depot glasgow did not have a van going out to Stirling. To get the goods to me depot sent some one out in their own car to ensure I had the goods in time for my bathrooms refit. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Was very pleased....

I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future....
