Your 7-10 day delivery was way out,almost had to cancel. Then the incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the future....

Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self. One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery"....

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced. What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole. As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again....
