I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. Keep up the good work guys :...

Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt.
Not happy especially with the cost of £12 delivery charge. Post office do Special delivery next day service starting from £5 and order can be picked up locally if no one is home o...

Hi not impressed the courier service came when I was at work.. fair enough, but I went to pick the parcel up on friday I was told it had been returned to you on Friday 5 days after attempted delivery, despite the fact their card said seven working days after delivery.. so I had a 40 minute journey for nothing........ plus the fact the card they put the card though the door saying I could reschedule iit over the internet as long as I quoted the 12 digit code which was only 10 digits and the website would not accept... bad customer service on your couriers part...
