I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service.

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. Overall a good service. I would recommend it to others and use it again.
Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed.
The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK.
Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery.
My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!...
