I bought an Ideal Standard shower door. Very happy with the price and whole purchasing and delivery service including receiving an email checking that I had ordered all the parts that I needed for the installation. Very happy to recommend and will use them again. ...

In reply to your request - we now have thank you all our requirements. It was a prolonged procedure. The units required where not available although they were on your list of products so I had to buy them locally. Each time I asked something else was not available. Your staff were excellent at all times and I cannot blame hem for lack of stock. The service and the communications were good.
The items were ready for collection as promised.
I am happy with the service provided.
The turnaround time for information on stock availability could be a little quicker.
Regards,
Raquib...

good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere....
