Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.
Now I will go to you guys first without question.
Thank my congratulations on running a very impressive company...

This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.
Overall I am very happy....

Great service and fast delivery. I spoke to Debra and she was very nice and provided the information I was looking for. I was kept up to date with progress at all times. I would definitely recommend this company and also would definitely use them again! Thanks for your very good service!!!...

I have ordered another toilet from this company, took a while to come as the pan came first and the cistern came later but it was worth the wait and everything was well packaged, I will defiantly use this company again....

The price is better than the local plumbing shops for the items I bought. The delivery time was not the quickest but came when they said it would....
