When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th.
