Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. The produce is excellent but the delivery time was excessive and, if this is normal, should be indicated beside the illustration on your website. All communications about this have been prompt and courteous - thanks for that....

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked βfragileβ - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted....
