I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Very pleased with the toilet seat and the price. Delivery was a bit slow 8 days from order but then I wasnt in a particular rush and communications from the PlumbCenter were good....

Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Happy to recommend to friends and family.
