Very quick delivery once I decided to place the order with the slight risk the parts were incorrect. It turns out they are correct. Pity your supplier contacts were unable to confirm for sure and didnt even bother to reply to you it seems....

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... Thanks to you all for supplying the item that Robinson Willey told me was unobtainable, promptly. This will enable me to safely use my obsolete gas fire for many more years to come. Thanks again for promptly replacing the first item which was supplied damaged. Please can i suggest that as the item needed to be inspected for suitability, damage, and collected from your local supplier, by myself, due to its fragile nature, that it is supplied in packaging that can be easily opened and resecured to facilitate this. After inspection, the salesman was unable to repackage the item in its original box, and had to provide a different cardboard box....
