Hi Laurie They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks my find was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question. They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock so thats when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it. So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email others would have dragged their feet. Most of all the mrs thinks I’m a star brownie points for me, which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!! Thanks again to you and your colleagues....

I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company. To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable. To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable. Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. We waited in all day and by 4.45pm no delivery had taken place. I phoned again and this was checked out and yet another email arrived with an apology and note that the item would be delivered the following morning. This did happen at 12.20pm. When I questioned the delivery man he said he had a delivery date of 20th November and was not notified of any change to that!!!! Why was this when they clearly had the item in the depot and we...

Your 7-10 day delivery was way out,almost had to cancel. Then the incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the future....
