I ordered this sink on line and prepaid the cost . I was pleased to see that delivery charges had not been added. The sink was delivered within 10 days directly to our address. All in all, an excellent service which I would means I will definitely use MyTub again....

Re Delivery.
On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place.
Only to be told that it would have to be signed for.
When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time.
Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived.
If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch.
All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me.
I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it....

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Very disappointed an will not be returning to use this site!!...
