I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. The 1st order there were 2 cover seats and they were both broken. I sent them back immediately. The 2nd order got lost, then Christmas and New Year stopped process and finally the seat cover arrived. So fr so good. ...
