i dont have a problem with my tub service is excellent and the minor problem I did have not of my tubs making but that of the delivery company was put to rights by my tub thank you very much....

Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Perfect! It was delivered a few days later and was just what I wanted. A really great experience and very much appreciated. Thanks....

Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.

Why wasnt it packaged in a box It could have got damaged in transit.

This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot.
