I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. First time I have used mytub and not a good start.
Was informed Item would be delivered on 2nd Nov, item not received on 2nd or 3rd and after a phone call by me was delivered on the 4th

Sorry for the delay, we confirm the delivery with the branch the day or two before it is to be delivered to you. If the branch say it is to be delivered we have no knowledge of that action not taking place, till you inform us.
Sorry for any inconvenience, I can assure you whilst errors are impossible to eradicate 99% of deliveries take place without a hitch.
