Dear MyTub Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers. It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition. Order was placed two weeks ago. Never heard a word. Emailed to find out what was happening. Recieved "notification of update to order status". Log in to find it will be another two weeks. Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. I received my order, yesterday lunch time at around 12pm. I must say that I feel a little let down as I placed my order on the 281112 and didnt hear back from you until the 141212 to say that the complete order was not in stock and would not be until January. I asked you to go ahead with the order as you had already taken the money from my account. I then had an email on the 171212 saying that the order will be in by the 070113 only to be told again that the order wouldnt be in until the 210113. I understand that this is not your fault but i would have preferred it if you could have let me know a couple of days after I placed my order that the order was not in stock as my customer was left without a shower for nearly two months....
