You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website.
