Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....
