I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thank you so much your help during my crisis was greatly appreciated and the end result is perfect, totally spot on. Thank you....

Working with you was a wonderful experience. While we were able to find the part we needed at a number of plumbing supply stores, not one would ship to the United States. Thank you for all your help in tracking down our part and shipping it to us in New York. We greatly appreciate all your help.

Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.

Whilst awaiting obscure none stocked parts so obscure I don't believe another company is selling online we like to keep you informed that we are chasing the manufacture for delivery as they can take some time to come in. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why

Responded and contacted quickly. They sorted out a basin that was no longer produced but they still managed to locate one 4 miles down the road. Cant fault them. Great service. Thanks...

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... System repaired and customer happy. ...
