I regret that the small half aeration tube was in three pieces. I should be grateful for a replacement.

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service....

Just want to commend your staff on the service given on my recent order. Even though the order value was not particularly large, the delivery mix up was sorted quickly and efficiently. Many thanks....

And they even rang me to check my order as I had inadvertently ordered 2 of my 5 items in the wrong colour which I hadnt spotted
