This was my first purchase through myTub and im very impressed with it, part arrived very quickly and as described, and i cant belive how cheap the part was compared to other retailers !!!

Excellent service form MyTub. Email communication very good, delivered the goods to the door of our house very quickly - even faster than stated in the emails. Radiators delivered were in good condition, and the correct parts. Price was better than competitors, will use MyTub again....

I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt.
Not happy especially with the cost of £12 delivery charge. Post office do Special delivery next day service starting from £5 and order can be picked up locally if no one is home o...

Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long. ...
