I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.
These are two separate problems, each understandable. however together its not great. If you would like more feedback and ideas you are we...

The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!...

Did try to order part from another supplier waited one week only to be told part not available and had been on back order for 3 months.
Contacted MyTub and they had it on the shelf fitted within 5 days.
