very pleased with product, although not delivered on the day specified, and the dispatch time was a lot longer than I expected...

Thankyou for the prompt service - the item was delivered exactly as stated on my order confirmation. I also had a propmt reply to my query regarding the compatability of the product with other brand. I would certainly order from you again. ...

Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery....

Actually cheaper than Ebay! , always had a good experience. When I am looking for parts I always check Mytub first....
