I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere....

Because my first chimney pot was broken in transit, your very nice gentleman called Steve kept me informed of the progress of my replacement chimney pot which I was delighted to hear. It is now waiting to be fitted

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
