I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.

Very happy with the service. I actually ordered a different model of thermostat control however Mytub sent me an ungraded version as the one I ordered wasnt available. My order arrived on the day specified, thanks. It would be useful if a text message was sent to indicate likely arrival time, I was just on the way out when the driver arrived, so nearly missed him....
