I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.
I am happy with my purchase with my tub as not only I received great customer service, you are also the cheapest I could find.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase....
