The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.
Still convinced you write the rave reviews yourself.
Frank.

Dear Frank
Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
I am really sorry we did not keep you informed as we should have and normaly do.
Regards
...

Contacted MyTub after previous fruitless web search for this particular control knob item. Excellent customerservice, email notification trail and on-time delivery. Would definitely use this website for future requirements. Well done and will be recommending to others. BF...
