I cannot fault the My Tub service and would recommend it to anyone. This is my second order and I was pleased with the way a slight hiccup was dealt with in regard to non-delivery at the confirmed date due to sickness at the delivery company. On querying the non-delivery through your portal, the issue was promptly pursued and a revised date given. I feel perhaps the wording in the online catalogue could be a little clearer in regard to alternative andor compatible products e.g in regard to my last order Alcona toilet suite under AR1145, under notes you have AR1148 alternative with horizontal as opposed to bottom outlet , AR2342 compatible cistern, AR7815 compatible seat. That said, I did manage to order exactly what I wanted. ...

Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised. Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings....

I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed.. The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised. I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your delivery system. The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model. However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit. So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should never have failed in the first place...
