Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.
Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.
Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time
Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.

Took forever to arrive but excellent communication regarding timing etc throughout. Driver called on day of delivery to advise how long he would be. Product in perfect condition and fits as expected. We would definitely use the service again. ...

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Bath was delivered at 4pm the next day, which was spot on, by a very polite and courteous chap. Thank you My Tub - would definitely use you again and would defintely recommend to others. 5 Stars!...
