Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. No issues really. Found the ordering process fairly straight forward. Slight confusion in regards to the stock availabilitylead times but it all ended well. Customer service very helpful....

Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance....

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Your staff were very helpful in ensuring that I had chosen the right items. I am very impressed with mytub and will definately use your services again!...
