Hi, Im sorry but I am not very impressed with the speed of your service.
I placed my order on the 18th October, I had a totally different part delivered last week even though the paperwork had the right part description on it. I phoned the number on the delivery note and I was told the correct part would come the next day - it didnt, & it didnt come the day after that either so I phoned again and was told they had to re-order and it would be with me by Monday this week - it wasnt, I waited until Thursday and had to phone them again - the part is in the warehouse and apparently it will be with me tomorrow!
What looked like a good value product has caused me to phone my customer three times to explain the delay and call your supplied three times so far at peak rate to find out what is ha...

Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company....

Made two orders with your company and have been very impressed with the customer service, particularly in helping me get a relatively rare bath delivered very quickly. Matched the price of another site too, which is excellent. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend MyTub to others. Superb, many thanks....

Order arrived in good order and E-Mail communications were good throughout. The courier was conscienscious and contected me before delivery. Only slight complaint would be that it took over a week from order to delivery....

Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted....

The prices were very competitive,and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.
