parts took a while to turn up but i was kept informed every step of the way, ability to pick it up from a local store was very useful, so whilst not the fastest service, my customer experience was very good....

Delivery slower than a lot of on-line companies but that didnt matter. However, I was promised to be advised of an am or pm slot when the delivery date was known but I had to request this.
All in all though, I received what I ordered and it was delivered on the day and at the time I was advised and it was easy to get in touch as the email link takes you direct to the correct page every time - not like some where you then have to log in and then find out where they want you to go.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I have ordered another toilet from this company, took a while to come as the pan came first and the cistern came later but it was worth the wait and everything was well packaged, I will defiantly use this company again....
