I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Absolutely great service. There was a problem with a delayed delivery date on my order and mytub pulled out all the stops to re-arrange order. Really great that you can chat to them directly - and within 3 rings.
