Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Bath was delivered at 4pm the next day, which was spot on, by a very polite and courteous chap. Thank you My Tub - would definitely use you again and would defintely recommend to others. 5 Stars!...

well Twyford put me in touch with Samantha at My tub I wanted a 1500 shower bath panel sorted in 10mins it was all sorted you had this discontinued line. You saved my day I could get rid yellow bath panel,no funds to replace the shower bath. Fast delivery no problem at all .i thank you all at Mytub. You are very helpful....

web site easy to use and product arrived when they said it would. I know it is not always easy but to known a rough idea of the time of delievery would just great not more hanging around. Otherwise cant fault it...
