While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.

This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. MyTub kept me fully informed of the situation throughout the process and we got there in the end resulting in my customer being very happy.... ...Mike Walton Property Maintenance

Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.
Can find no fault with MyTub from our pre-order queries to receipt of goods.

Ive placed two orders with my tub now. On both occasions my tub delivered exactly what was ordered, for one of the best or the best prices available, and to the delivery date. They also seemed to take onboard instructions such as "please dont deliver during school run times".

i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed .

I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.
