The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages
Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off
Then I could not source a replacement
I found your add on line
Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.
Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.
Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time
Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. Thanks to you all for supplying the item that Robinson Willey told me was unobtainable, promptly. This will enable me to safely use my obsolete gas fire for many more years to come. Thanks again for promptly replacing the first item which was supplied damaged. Please can i suggest that as the item needed to be inspected for suitability, damage, and collected from your local supplier, by myself, due to its fragile nature, that it is supplied in packaging that can be easily opened and resecured to facilitate this. After inspection, the salesman was unable to repackage the item in its original box, and had to provide a different cardboard box....
