I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding....

Hello Jeannette we have collected the door now and have it home for the workmen coming tommorrow. Two very relieved and happy customers here! The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place...
