On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.
