Hi - confirmation that our order arrived safely. Thanks...

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. I was beginning to get a bit worried about whether everything would turn up in time. It did but I could have done without the stress!...

Exemplary service. Originally placed order on ebay but was let down greatly. Your companys handling of my order was first rate and your communications excellent. I was updated regularly regarding the delivery status leaving me free to carry on with other things. THANK YOU....

I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Having been assured that it would, the item was delivered promptly within the target date. The valve is now fitted and working efficiently.
Great service both in advice and delivery.
Thank you
