I found your service friendly and efficient. When DPD failed to collect the package from my first order Steve dealt with it promptly and it was picked up the following day....

While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
I would without question recommend you and will use again if required.
Thank you.

To the mytub organization
Thanks very much to mytub for their supply of swan neck type taps which were delivered on the date as I was advised.
The taps were supplied at a very reasonable price.
So a first class service from mytub - well done.
Thanks
