Product purchased was Showerlux Showerclean. Arrived as ordered. Communications were good. Was advised of a delay in delivery from original given date but was then was delivered on original date after all. Slight confusion but no complaints. Would use again !...

Thoroughly satisfied with your service, you kept e informed of the progress in sourcing the now discontinued taps, which were delivered within 24 hours of you letting me know you had dispatched them....

Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.

Good evening, I am sorry about the delivery mix up. I am also sorry we did not apologize at the time.

A little confusion between myself and sales team.
However, I still received the order some days later.
Saved me looking elsewhere.
Thanks....
