I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Communication was excellent giving me updates however I was given two delivery dates that were not fullfilled and I had to ring up every time to ask for confirmation of delivery. I eventually received the goods on the 3rd proposed delivery date....

The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.

Excellent service. I placed an order for a toilet seat, having never used you before. Received a phone call within minutes checking I had ordered the right item as there are different sizes available. Having confirmed item was correct it was delivered 2 days later. Very pleased....
