Order did arrive on date supplied. After having made frantic efforts to secure an am or pm delivery, I was advised that I would be having a pm delivery. The delivery was then made between 9 and 11am because luckily a friend was in to take the parcel in. I also note that a message had been written saying deliver after 12!!! Having said that the contents were as expected.

Cant recommend this company highly enough .I brought an ideal standard toilet,40% cheaper than I had found anywhere else .It was delivered within 48 hours and there was excellent communication and information from both Mytub and its couriers.I would most Definately use this company again....

Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was delayed due to product not being in stock but did not have to wait too long. However it would have been helpful to be given an approximate time for delivery. Christine was very helpful and prompt with reply to give me a time. Thankyou....

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery
