Many thanks for your help dealing with this order. We had some difficulties and had to refund hinges and order a new seat but the help from your team was fantastic. Would happily recommend myTub to anyone.

The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place...

The service is very good. Items are always delivered on time. Also when I text for any information I am always updated as soon as possible....

The order took a very long time to be delivered mainly becuase the manufacturer was having trouble obtaining parts for an item is now one of its discontinued range.
There were two hinges and each had a different quaility finish. However as this part is no longer made I think it was furtunate to get it at all.
The regualr updates and feed back from myTub were excellent. The best from any supplier I have had dealings with. Each time I was ready to complain I found another update letting me know there was a delay and the reason. I was very impressed and would use myTub again because of the positive experience I had.

Item was good value for money
Waiting time for delivery seemed like forever
Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
I would still recommend company
But try and pick up items from stores next time...

Goods were a good price and delivery was on the forecast date of 5 working days. Unfortunately I was out! but delivery was rearranged for 2 days later and goods arrived by 10:00 on that day....
