MyTub have gone way beyond the extra mile in fulfilling my order after items went missing in the post. Even though the problem was not of their making, the customer service team have been second to none and they stayed fully focused on my order until all issues were resolved and for this they have my gratitude.
In general, I found MyTub very easy to deal with and the whole experience for me was positive as they provide an excellent level of service, quality components and very keen prices.
Ordering was very easy through the desktop website and although I did not have need to use the mobile version, I have no reason to think that there would be any issues....

Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.

1st class service i picked the product up myself from my local plumbing outlet which was quick and easy for me great product at a good price would buy from mytub again thanks for a 1st class transaction...

This Company run a brilliant service and offer goods at a very competitive price. They keep you updated at all times with regards to your delivery which comes on time as promised.
Cannot fault them and will continue to use their services in the future.

I was very happy with my purchase, even though it took bit longer to deliver than originally stated. It was good to be kept updated with this information.

Hi
Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!
