MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs....

I was very impressed with the way you dealt with my order, quickly and efficiently I dont usually order over the internet. Your price was also competitive especially as it included free delivery. Overall very pleased I ordered from myTub....

Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....

Also a lot cheaper than my normal supplier.

Thanks for spending the time to find the components and the communications on progress.

PS Although it would be best of you show on the website if you have stock of items or need to source them......

Placed the order and was contacted by a very helpful chap at MyTubs to say that the part I ordered was obsolete but that they had one to send me. He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. Would recommend. ...
