I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub...

Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The heating controller was a direct slip-in replacement for the old version I had been enjoying over very many years, and is working well. The only problem with the old one was that the control button for the CH function was becoming very intermittent....

the part arrived although the outer packaging did not have the full address, but it did have the post code on it. The delivery operative had to open the packaging to get the full address of the invoice inside.

delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.
Would think twice if I needed something in a hurry
