Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
The email communication was excellent, i cant thank the staff enough especially supplying me with the gas boiler part I required as I was let down my three sites who said they could supply the part.

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.

It arrived when expected albeit a few days later than originally stated. WE were kept informed via e-mail regarding the delay and have no complaints. We await a plumber so. as yet, cannot say whether we are completely satisified. Hopefully it will fit as it is a replacement for a bidet which has been discontinued....
